Enclosed UV Laser Marking Machine
The Enclosed UV Laser Marking Machine houses the complete UV marking workstation inside an enclosed machine structure. It is designed for applications that require a dedicated enclosed setup rather than an open desktop UV station. Same 355 nm, 3W to 10W process as desktop UV.
Best for
- Cells that need the complete UV marking setup housed in a cabinet
- Installations that want a dedicated enclosed UV workstation, not an open bench
- The same cold 355 nm process as desktop, inside a full machine housing
Not for
- An open UV bench (desktop UV)
- Only the marking zone enclosed, with the controller outside (enclosed marking chamber)
- Moving bottles and film at line rate (fly UV)
- Deep metal IDs (fiber or dot peen)
vs siblings
Same UV wavelength as desktop. This format encloses the workstation itself inside a cabinet or housing. The enclosed marking chamber format encloses only the marking zone and keeps the controller external. Desktop stays the open station.

What this machine format is
A fully enclosed UV laser marking workstation designed for applications where the complete marking setup is housed within an enclosed cabinet or machine housing. The machine/workstation itself is enclosed, not merely the marking zone.
How the enclosure is configured
The cabinet or housing contains the UV marking head, work area, operator interface and supporting equipment such as the chiller as one enclosed structure. Access is through the machine door or viewing area. This is a different physical format from a chamber around the marking zone with the controller and chiller left outside.
Configure the workstation
Built-in AC, fume extraction and workholding are options on this enclosed cabinet format. They are not separate machines and do not get their own URLs. Chiller size follows the UV source, as on desktop UV.
-
Fume extraction
Captures marking fumes or particulates in a closed electronics or plastics cell. Extraction does not replace site ventilation or UV-safety rules.
-
Integrated AC
Available where the room needs controlled conditions around the source and electronics. Specify on the quote; we do not publish a climate spec from a catalogue photo.
-
AC + fume extraction
Both can be specified together with rotary or other workholding.

Fume extraction, integrated AC, rotary, motorized Z, UV-blocking window — specify on the quote.
Why this model
A UV marking cell when the complete workstation must sit inside a dedicated machine housing.
FAQs
- Is this a Class 1 laser?
- We specify an enclosed machine housing. We do not publish a laser class unless a certificate is on the quote.
- Is this the same as a marking chamber with an external controller?
- No. That is a different format. This page is the full enclosed UV workstation. The chamber-only layout is the UV Laser Marking Machine with Enclosed Marking Chamber.
